BeSafeBeeHoney (2023–2027)
This European COST Action brings together researchers, beekeepers, industry representatives and policymakers to address major challenges in apiculture, honey production and pollinator protection.
Core research areas include honey authenticity and quality, environmental biomonitoring, bee diseases, pollination services, analytical science, food safety and multidisciplinary collaboration.
